I was born and raised in Simcoe County and currently live in Orillia with my wife and three daughters! First and foremost, my faith in Jesus is the foundation for all areas of my life (family, business, etc.). A key pursuit of faith is to grow in understanding what it means to love. My main desires in business are to serve my clients selflessly, provide genuine care, and to always seek their absolute best. My favourite time is spent with my wife Becky and our three daughters (Audrey 5, Skye 3, and Quinn 1)! My wife and I love the local food scene in Orillia. A few favourites are @thaiplate, five rivers, @rusticapizzavino, and @thecommonstove! For coffee, our personal favourite spot is @markivbrothers! I also love to go fishing and have recently got into golf. It’s amazing to live in a place where there is always something to do! My passion for real estate developed through my personal experiences of buying, renovating, and selling homes. As I got into the market, I began to study sale prices, trying to make sense of what my home was worth and where the next opportunity might be. I love coaching buyers and sellers, especially talking strategy and pointing them to the current market realities so that they can make informed decisions about what is best for them. I think there are opportunities in every market, but there are also justifiable reasons to sit tight for a season. 2023 was an incredible year! I’m truly grateful to have been a platinum award winner in such a volatile year. On top of that, Jon and I found ourselves on REMAX Hallmark's top 100 team list for the year.
